Check in times 4.00 pm – 9.00 pm (preferred)
Outside of these times by prior arrangement only, there is no check-in after 10.30pm. Alternative accommodation will need to be sought.
Check out
Check out time 10 am Monday to Friday. Check out time 10.30 am Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays
Cancellation
Cancellation notice period is 24 hours prior to your arrival date and time. If less than the 24-hour period, then the total price for the first night will be deducted from your credit / debit card.
Pre-Authorising Credit / Debit Cards
We reserve the right to pre-authorise credit / debit cards prior to your arrival / cancellation period. If card/s are declined your booking is cancelled, unless a valid card is presented. We would contact you in the event of a pre-authorisation being ‘declined’. Pre-authorisation is not a pre-payment, it checks whether your card details are valid.
Confidentiality
All precautions are taken to keep your personal data / details confidential and secure.
Details are only used for the purpose of bookings.
Non-Smoking Policy
We are a strictly non-smoking establishment but we do allow smoking on the
veranda and in the back garden.
An extra night is charged for smoking in a room, together with any cleaning costs and damage caused.
Children and Babies – Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children under 18 and babies.
Group Bookings – No more than 3 rooms booked by any one guest
Damage To Property – Any damage to property will be deducted from your card details, either during your stay or after you check-out. Any problems with fixtures, fittings etc, please notify whilst you are here.
Whilst you are staying, if you experience any problems at all with your room etc, please notify us immediately, we can not rectify things once you have checked out.
