Credit/Debit Card payments
A credit or debit card number, for confirmation and security purposes, must
accompany all bookings.
Payments must be paid by departure.
Longer-term bookings will be settled on a weekly basis.
Payments can be made using credit card, debit card or cash.
We do not accept cheques.

When you phone to make a booking, please have the following details to hand:
Name of guest/s coming
Home or Company address
Contact telephone number
Credit / debit card details, including billing address for cards
Preferred time of arrival
Any special breakfast requirements

Check In
Check in times 4.00 – 9.30pm (preferred)
Outside of these times by prior arrangement only

Check Out
Check out time 10am Monday – Friday, 10.30am Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays

Cancellation
Cancellation notice 48 hours:
If less than the 48-hour period, then the first night will be deducted from your
credit / debit card.

Confidentiality
Data security:
all precautions are taken to keep your personal details confidential and secure.
Details are only used for the purpose of bookings.

Non-Smoking Policy:
We are a strictly non-smoking establishment but we do allow smoking on the
veranda in the back garden.

Awards:
Banbury Cross Bed and Breakfast currently holds a Gold Award in the ‘Eat well in Cherwell’ scheme.
