Check In
Check in times 4.30 pm – 9.30 pm (preferred)
Outside of these times by prior arrangement only

Check Out
Check out time 10 am Monday to Friday. Check out time 10.30 am Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays

Cancellations
Cancellation notice period is 48 hours prior to your arrival date and time. If less than the 48-hour period, then the first night will be deducted from your credit / debit card.

Pre-Authorising Credit / Debit Cards
We reserve the right to pre-authorise credit / debit cards prior to your arrival / cancellation period. If card/s are declined your booking is cancelled, unless a valid card is presented. We would contact you in the event of a pre-authorisation being ‘declined’. Pre-authorisation is not a pre-payment, it checks whether your card details are valid.

Confidentiality
All precautions are taken to keep your personal data / details confidential and secure.
Details are only used for the purpose of bookings.

Non-Smoking Policy
We are a strictly non-smoking establishment but we do allow smoking on the
veranda and in the back garden.
